Debbie brings a strong background in operations, business development, and client leadership. Earlier in her career, she managed high-profile pre-construction and multi-unit residential projects, overseeing budgets exceeding $50 million and coordinating teams of more than 20 professionals. She has successfully supported initiatives for notable organizations such as The Pemberton Group, Carterra, Fengate Asset Management, Fusion Homes, and Eden Shaw, building a foundation rooted in organization, communication, and strategic execution.

In her role as Director of Operations and Business Development at Storyboard Communications, Debbie plays a key part in supporting client success. As Storyboard continues to refine how companies access broadcast-quality video through a streamlined, scalable model, she ensures that each client initiative is well-aligned, supported, and delivered efficiently.
